After all the hard work, we like to regularly get together outside of work too!

Simon Rose – Company Owner

Simon has over 25 year’s experience working on site as a carpenter, then progressing into site management. With a passion for the trade, Juniper Carpentry was founded in Summer 2020 in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic. Having sat the other side of the table as a site manager, Simon places high importance in meeting deadlines on site whilst remaining focused on providing a high quality service above others in the area. Outside of work, Simon enjoys a good game of rugby and trips to the beach with his family and dogs.

Olivia Rose – Operations Manager

Originally working in Human Resources in the automotive industry, Olivia is a Chartered Manager (MCMI) and has completed her degree in Business Management (BA Hons). Provided with the opportunity to work with her father Simon, Olivia joined the Juniper Carpentry team in June 2021. Overseeing all activity in the commercial department, Olivia is the main point of contact for any tender enquiries. Outside of work, you’ll usually find Olivia at a music gig!

Our experienced Black Hat Carpenters are highly valuable members of the team, overseeing day-to-day works on site and working closely with site managers to meet programmes. Good communicators with SSSTS accreditation, our Black Hats complete weekly site inspections and quality checklists for each plot at every stage of carpentry.
