Countryside Dayrell Road Northampton
Working on the construction of 73 new affordable homes in Northampton, for Countryside Properties and Nottingham Community Housing Association (NCHA).
With site provisionally paused due to Covid-19, Juniper ensured an increase of labour on site to help support accelerated production when returning to site whilst still providing high quality affordable housing for residents across the Midlands.
Juniper started on site in October 2020 and completed works in October 2021.

Juniper Carpentry have maintained a great standard of quality and I have never had any problems when it comes to H&S.
As for the programme they have kept up with our programmes even when it has been unrealistic at times, but when we have accelerated production they have helped us out.
